Frank has a diverse background with over 30 years in technology, programming and management. He began his programming career developing software applications for electronic warfare systems, then branched out to medical applications and commercial applications. He spent over 20 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, later acquired by Compaq Computer Corporation, later acquired by Hewlett Packard. For 15 years, he led the Professional Global Services consulting practice(s) managing elite consulting teams geared for major software deployments.
Frank has a B. S. in Engineering (Computer Science) from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA degree (Management) from Duke University.
Frank was raised in Oklahoma where he developed his love for the outdoors, music, and college sports. He and his family have lived in North Carolina in the Chapel Hill ⁄ Durham area for over 30 years.
